Natalie Ives was raised in Shoreview, MN with an older brother, parents and a large extended family. She attended Creighton University in Omaha, NE for her undergraduate and master’s degree in business. She started her career in Omaha at RBC Wealth Management before moving back to Minnesota in 2015 to join the corporate office in downtown Minneapolis. She now works at Thrivent.

 Natalie’s passion for the St. Paul & Minneapolis community started in middle school when she redesigned bedrooms and led a donation drive for a local women’s shelter. In high school, she started an after school program for children who were part of a Ramsey County delinquency prevention program.

 Natalie joined Haven Housing’s Board of Directors in 2019 after volunteering for Haven Housing for several years through the back-to-school and adopt-a-family programs. She joined Haven Housing because of its mission to serve women and children with a personalized approach and the passion and drive of the staff that makes Haven Housing possible. She is grateful for the opportunity to serve the women and children of Haven Housing.
