Paul Francis grew up in Phoenix, AZ and holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Illinois and an MBA from Arizona State.  Professionally, he currently works at Andersen Corporation as a Supply Chain Manager. He has held varying leadership roles and enjoys general management, budgeting, operations, HR, strategy, and process development.

“Haven Housing plays such a great role in the Twin Cities. When I first visited St. Anne’s, I was blown away by the energy of the women we serve and the passion of the staff. I’m honored to be a part of such a fantastic organization and play a small part in achieving success stories,” says Paul.  A member of the Board of Directors since 2019, Paul serves on the HR Committee and the Board Development Committee.

Paul moved to the Cities in 2017, and lives in northeast Golden Valley. On Fridays during summer, before waking hours, he might be seen fishing at Wirth Lake. We appreciate Paul’s passion and energy in support of Haven Housing’s mission!
